"Player of
the Month" -
This award is handed out monthly, to
deserving TAP Canada members who are
nominated by their fellow teammates.
Beginning January 2007, not only
will TAP members be able to nominate
players, but you are now given the
chance to Vote for a nominee whom
you feel is the most deserving of
this award.
To Vote for a Nominee, type in
YOUR NAME and email address, read
through the nominees, and place your
vote by clicking in the check box
beside their name. Then click
on the Submit Button at the bottom
of the page.
Please only
Vote for one nominee and please only
vote once
per month. Duplicates will be
deleted. All Nominees who do
not win for the month, will be
displayed once again for voting the
following month. All Votes
will be reset each month as well.

Comments: I'm nominating
Leah for Player of the Month because
of her dedication to her team and to
playing in the TAP league. She
drives from London to play in Guelph
whenever she can make it out.
Leah managed to go from 0 wins in
the Fall session, to winning and
becoming the 2/3 MVP for the Spring
session. Way to go Leah!!! |

Comments: Mike is the epitome
of what a Team Player is all about.
Mike took charge of two teams this
session, one in the Falcon division
and the other in the Orchid
division. He did this, as both
teams were on the verge of folding,
and this would have messed up the
team counts in both divisions.
He took the reigns as captain,
ensuring that both teams had the
commitment from the players to come
out and play each week, as well, he
made sure that all over due league
fees were paid up to date. By
taking on these teams, he also gave
the players a new sense of
commitment, and the players all
ended up having a lot of fun playing
each week. Thank you so much
Mike, for taking on the leadership
role for these teams. I know
your players appreciate it, as well
I am sure the rest of the players in
the divisions appreciate it! |

Comments: Jim has played
awesome games this month, winning
several in a row. Jim is
always here to play, and to assist
me when I need help. He is a

Comments: Eileen always scores
for her team. She always
promotes TAP and our league

Comments: Brad shows
excellent sportsmanship every time
we meet in a match. He is a great
team player who supports both his

Comments: Ken is a great
team player. Blake has nothing
but great things to say about Ken.
What I love is the fact that every
Monday around 6:00 Ken calls Blake
and says "Blake, can you make it out
tonight?" That's a great
captain. He has helped Blake
gain confidence and have a good time
playing pool Monday nights. |
